I stayed for six nights in a Small Single Room, and I was really impressed by the outstanding fresh cuisine and the cozy atmosphere of the spa. The breakfast spread was fantastic, but I struggled with securing dinner reservations throughout my stay, which was disappointing. I would definitely choose this place again!

The breakfast looked incredible with lots of options. They upgraded me to a large and unique room with a breathtaking view of the town and the valley.

Excellent culinary options made dining good.
I had to change my room twice, which wasted an hour of my time upon check-in. It was frustrating, especially since it was important for my work. Although the staff were friendly and attempted to help, the experience was disappointing overall.

Very courteous staff, best service, modern spacious spa, excellent kitchen and last but not least the constant but unobtrusive presence of the owner's family - one simply felt "at home".

I love the fact that the same family after 5 generations are still running the hotel. It is not inexpensive, but then on the other hand you have enough staff to take care of all your needs. I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for a nice place in the Swiss Alps just to spend some time, do some sports and sightseeing and be taken care of. I can also recommend the kitchen and all the friendly staff. This is a hotel who clearly must have the business idea to have repeat customers.
